Tara’s work centres on a return to the core essence of being, often described as Isness, a quiet, unconditioned presence beneath roles, identity, and the constant pace of modern life. Her practice is grounded in contemplative inquiry and embodied awareness, held within subtle sensory experience.
Attuned to stillness and the innate intelligence of the nervous system, her work draws from meditation, mindfulness, sound, scent, and sensory attunement to create spaces that feel spacious, intentional, and deeply restorative.
These experiences invite a gentle remembering and a sense of inner coherence. A soft stripping back of what is carried. Space is created for presence, for quiet, for inner peace to naturally emerge. Guided with care and heart led presence, depth is allowed to arise in its own time.
Tara’s foundation includes formal meditation and mindfulness training, Reiki in the Usui lineage, preparation and integration work, sound and frequency practices, and trauma informed care principles.
Guided meditation experiences are developed in collaboration with wellbeing studios and wellness spaces, shaped through atmosphere, sensory awareness, and a deep respect for presence.
