Tara’s work centres on a return to the core essence of being, often described as isness, a quiet, unconditioned presence beneath the pace of modern life. Her practice is grounded in embodied awareness and held within subtle sensory experience, inviting a deeper connection to what is quietly felt beneath the surface.

Attuned to stillness and the innate intelligence of the nervous system, her work draws from meditation, mindfulness, sound, scent, and sensory attunement to create spaces that feel spacious, intentional, and restorative.

These experiences invite a gentle remembering and a sense of inner coherence. Space is created for presence, for quiet, and for deep rest to emerge naturally.

Tara’s foundation includes formal meditation and mindfulness training, reiki, sound and frequency practices, alongside supporting others in deepening their awareness and integration.
