TARA PEARCE
Tara Pearce is an Australian creative director and visual artist with an independent practice exploring the intersection of creativity, consciousness and connection. Known for her grounded yet evocative approach to storytelling, she brings a distinct sensitivity to atmosphere, emotion and place. Her work translates the unseen into felt visual experience, bridging artistry and intention across both artistic and commissioned projects.
Her practice moves between creative direction, image-making and visual storytelling, with an intuitive approach to uncovering the deeper narrative within a brand, place or moment. Each project is considered as its own visual world, shaped by its people, environment and story.
Her portfolio spans visual campaigns, brand worlds, editorial, fashion, interiors, hospitality and design, with work created and featured in Vogue, Vogue Italia, MECCA, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times, BELLE, ArchDaily, Tatler, ELLE, Vue de Monde, Dermalogica, Dumbo Feather, Food & Wine, Fenton & Fenton, Hardie Grant Publishing, West Elm, Smeg and The Design Files.
Alongside her creative practice, Tara is the founder of Women of Mycelia, House of Sol, and The Modern Psychonaut, projects that extend her interests across creativity, consciousness and connection.
Previously, Tara was the founder and creative director of Erin & Tara, the photography studio and creative agency she led for over a decade before closing the business in 2023 to pursue an independent creative practice.
